Conflict Resiliency Training

Tuition: $475 by Sept. 26th

Based on the Mediate Your Life (MYL) training program, this 3-day intensive integrates the international work of Compassionate Communication (Nonviolent Communication/NVC) with mindfulness and a mediation framework.

Learn how to build a culture of psychological safety, trust, and cooperation through communication skills and mediation “maps” that integrate empathy, mindfulness, and a language of universal human needs.
